Share Image for Gallery 2 play online

It adds an option to the "Share" menu that lets you upload images directly from the camera or a folder to a Gallery2 album (http://gallery.menalto.com/). Stores configuration so you don't have to enter this more then once.

NOTICE: This app does not have its own home screen icon, it uses the Share menu available when looking at images.

How to use "server defaults" support

The app has the ability to play online username and password defaults from your gallery install. Add a file called gallery_share.txt to the root of your gallery install containing:

user=xxx
password=xxx
webservice=http://www.yourgallery.no/ws.php

The app checks for the existance of this file when URL field looses focus and the username and password fields are empty. This is useful if lots of people are using the app to upload images to a common gallery with a shared user. If file doesn't exist or some of the fields are missing these defaults are just skipped and an empty field presented as you would expect.
