Seva Sindhu portal will be the common platform to register for all the schemes (guarantees). As the registration for all guarantees is happening simultaneously, each person is expected to make at least three attempts, resulting in considerable load on the servers.


Register as a new user, log in to the portal, and navigate to the Apply for Shakti Smart Card option.
