SERVICE4Impact is the ENEA application capable of measuring the energy-structural criticalities of buildings in the third sector. The application - developed by the Energy Efficiency Agency and the Seismic Engineering and Natural Hazards Prevention Laboratory is carried out as part of the SER project.
This project received funding from the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation program according to agreement no. 101024254.

The SERVICE4Impact app is an easy-to-use tool, available to technicians and, in particular, to those responsible for energy audits of the third sector building stock.

SERVICE4Impact is a tool available to technicians in the sector and has a dual purpose: to guide users in both the energy and structural survey of the building by analyzing its criticalities. The application detects the real consumption of the building and evaluates a standardized energy performance indicator for both heating and electricity consumption.

The information is divided by type into three distinct sections:

- general data such as the location of the building, the type of building, the maintenance status of the systems;
- structural investigation to define the main characteristics of the building and the area where it is located;
- energy survey to define the main energy characteristics of the building, systems and services.
Within these sections there are all the various aspects to be detected, grouped in graphic form by means of icons and by type of data to be entered. By filling in the input data required in the different sections of the application, the final results are obtained:

- the report of the survey carried out in an editable format (complete with photos and references to design documents analyzed during the inspection phase);
- a standardized energy performance indicator for both heating and electricity consumption;
- the Intervention Level and the Priority Level, highlighting critical situations from a structural point of view and allowing an initial assessment of the intervention priorities;
- a report in .DOCX format that contains all the data of the survey carried out, to view the survey report it is necessary that a viewer of DOCX Files is installed on the device;
- a file in .CSV format containing all the information entered by the technician, which will be used by ENEA to create an IT platform for strategic planning for the implementation of safety and energy requalification interventions for condominiums and which will make it possible to identify the areas with greater need for interventions.
The reports, both the relationship and the interchange file, reproduce the forms filled in with the data entered by the diagnosis manager and contain both the structural and energy information of the building, and identify all the necessary improvements to the condominium buildings.

SERVICE4Impact, in a sustainable key, will not limit itself to indicating the possible and sustainable technological retrofit solutions on existing buildings according to current regulations, but will also provide, in a single recovery project, also indications on how to set up the subsequent structural project; this naturally on the basis of the various territorial, environmental and climatic hazards.
