This is a very nice app for me to use. I have spinal cord damage, and it's hard for me, but I do notice that it is helping. In English, videos in app and videos that take you to YouTube. I cannot do all steps yet, but I am on number 7. I started at finishing 1-3, so, 7 is great and it is helping.
App didn't mechanically work. Could not personalize exercises. I felt rushed and since the audio didn't work I had to pay more attention to the app than to what I was doing. I am a senior and I know most seniors would not be able to use this...uninstalled
Very Good application for home workout. Really helped in focussing on key muscles and strength from home only. Waiting for some new good home excercise for young age people also. Keep it up guys.
worked well for 6 days then packed in and refused to start even after uninstalling and reinstall have reinstalled after a year no improvement audio still dosnt work .I'll see if I can get passed 6 days
