Awful service. Cancelled rides multiple times. Havent tried them in ages b/c of this poor customer service in the past but wanted to give the small local business a chance again, and very disappointed. Will delete for good. If i did my job this poorly, people would die.
This app needs an overhaul. It's outdated & unreliable. There are times when it doesn't work properly in getting a car.
Horrible service, these people left me stranded at the pickup point for over 25 minutes and never showed up or called to see if I was still waiting or if I was picked up. John The DOORMAN. Thanks you for not picking me up.
horrible service. used to call this company all the time before uber/lyft service was popular. such a shame to see how unprofessional they have become as a car service.
