The only scrum app i could find that allowed for a tie per person, and for them to finish faster than the time. Only problem is that it expects a max team size of 7. In an ideal world, maybe, but in reality my team is closer to 14 and the larger the team, the more important this kind of app is. Ideally the app wouldn't even ask for how many people are in the scrum, just how much time each person would take."
