Use UptoPlay to play online the game Scrolling Live Wallpaper.
Scrolling Live Wallpaper simulates wallpaper scrolling on non-scrolling home screens.
Simply enable "Custom Photo" option in settings screen and load your own photos!
It does not make live wallpaper scrolling, just normal image photos.
To use: Home -> Menu -> Wallpapers -> Live Wallpapers

Like how this app scrolls my favorite photos across my home screen smoothly. It makes a nice effect that I really enjoy. The only problem is that every week or two it just stops working.I have to delete it and reload. It's a pain but I'm sure the developers love the extra downloads! How about fixing it, don't know how long I'll be willing to keep it up...
Works well after I found that wallpaper scrolling was not working on my new phone. I deducted one star because the video ads are so obnoxious. Fortunately it is only an issue when initially selecting wallpaper. Should be OK for most users, but not for people who change wallpaper frequently. Dropped it to 2 stars when I rotated my phone and found that the wallpaper doesn't rotate. Some might still be OK with this, but for me it eliminates it's usefulness.
In edit: very buggy but I can usually get it to work. hard to get it to load some photos and you have to uninstall it and reinstall it to get it to work periodically. Now have scrollable wallpapers on my Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite. Had this phone for about a week and boy did I miss scrolling wallpapers. It works! great job. I've used his apps before specifically the Christmas app with the rotating tree. It works great and I use it every year.
Please fix! I just got a new phone (galaxy s21) and was devastated when I learned I could only have a still image for the bg and no scrolling. This worked the first time and I was estatic but it stops working soon after to my disappointment. Have to reinstall just to get a short moment of scrolling. If anyone knows of similar and better app for this, please tell.
Does what it says. (I finally have my scrolling wallpaper back!) There are ads only when you're changing wallpapers with the app, which isn't often. Doesn't ask for any permissions. No problems so far. Really glad I found this."
