SBSTC - Online Reservation play online

This is the official android based apps for online Reservation of seats in SBSTC buses. It is very user friendly and takes only a minute to book a seat.

Step 1: Run the Apps in android phone or tab

Step 2: Start type your journey source, the system will automatically prompt with the available stopages. Type and select your destination likewise. select your journey date and time. Press the Search Button

Step 3: The system will display a list of available service based on your search criteria. Select your preferred service.

Step 4: If you have not yet logged in just login with your existing online login credential. If you are a new user please signup. Note that, you may also use your apps login credential for online reservation using your desktop/laptop or even mobile browser(http://www.online.sbstcbooking.co.in)

Step 5: Select your preferred seat, Blue stands for unreserved seats and grey stands for reserved seats, if you select, it will turn orange, Press on the confirm Button to proceed

Step 6: confirm the travellers age and gender and proceed for payment.

Step 7: on successful booking you may receive an SMS. you may also play online the .pdf file of the ticket from Future Booking option by clicking on the ticket number.

You may also cancel a ticket from future booking option as per cancellation policy.

Terms & Conditions
- Travellers willing to buy online tickets are advised to use a valid bank account to make the payment.
- Online payment of Bus Fare and reservation charges can be made, using the following modes: Net Banking.
- Debit Card (VISA, Master, Maestro).
- Credit Card. (VISA, Master, Maestro)
- Traveller must login to the system, search for available services choose his/her preferred seats before making online payment.
- After successful completion of the payment, the system will be redirected back to the South Bengal State Transport Corporation portal with payment status message. The page will also provide a link Click Here on clicking the link traveller may take print out or can save the copy of ticket in .pdf format.
- There is no need to pay any extra banking while making online payment.

Refund / Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation of ticket can be made at least two hours before the departure time of the service.
- Cancellation charges per seat are as follows: Before 48 hours of departure 20%
- Between 48 hours and 6 hours 35%
- Between 6 hours and 2 hours 50%
- Normally, the refund amount will be credited to debited account within next 8 working days.
