I installed this app 20 days back. My overall experience is very poor. Washing quality is very very poor, they used lowest quality detergent and put third class blue liquid (Neel) on white cloths. Because of this now my white shirts are looking like sky blue. This service is good only for colored bedsheets, blanket, socks, colored towels and curtains. Rider attitude is very very good, rider pick and deliver on time (few minutes late which is normal) I'll never recommend for your wardrobe.
Really proffesional dealing and affordable rates.
