The app is not bad, functions fairly well, but I've had bad experiences with their customer service during the past few orders. It took them at least half an hour to just accept the placed order, and when I called the outlet regarding the status of my order, they said that there's no delivery boy available. On top of that, you can't even cancel the order, and I had to wait for an hour to receive my order, instead of the normal half hour. Very poor customer service, I am disappointed.
ordering experience was ok, delivery status 'dispatched' did not update until food was delivered.. the app does not give any idea of the delivery status, the feedback system is useless only a few predefined options to choose from
Great variety of rolls available. Customisation is also available as per need. They use less oil and the quantity of stuffing is also good. The only problem is that they are not accepting online payment at the moment.
Money was deducted in no time and the order wasn't delivered. No any source to contact them. Worst customer service (as it's not available) , The number which is provided on App isn't reachable. No food and no refund as well.
