So the app is pretty bad. I am 90% sure the company has a business model on using manufactured malfunction to make a profit. If it didn't have this idiotic Behavior I would have been a customer every single day. Unfortunately it seems they just enjoy to rip people off from there intentional malfunctions. Such a shame because there is so much profit to be made but it's run by a bunch of incompetent idiots.
`It said I had two minutes of trial but when I tried the scooter I realized that the gas didn't work, so I pressed the "there's a problem" button and announced the problem above. In the end of the day it still charged me 1,60€ for the ride. Best ride ever.`,It worked fine for a couple seconds then it shut down and i got charged 3euros for less than a minute even though it said that the first three minutes were free of charge!
Did not send the text confirmation through. Tried 3 times on my phone and 4 times on my partners phone. Waited half an hour and nothing came through.
This company and app is the worst their app will charge you for multiple rides and usages you did not do also they are dishonest do not give your credit card to this company they are thieves also their equipment is junk and most are broken do yourself a favor and use a taxi in the end it will be cheaper and they won't ripp you off like rise did to me...stay away."
