The app gives you the ability to follow programmes with ease following prescribed training sessions step by step watching example videos and supportive notes. You can record your own exercises for technical review which can help your trainer prescribe specific adjustments to improve your own technique.

Simply record your reps, sets, rest and weight achieved on the app which in return can track your progress and direct your next programme. The app is also integrated with my fitness pal for food tracking, and much more. This app can serve all of your personal training needs and goals.
