Make sure your phone and computer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

When connected via Bluetooth, prepare your computer - turn on the wireless adapter and pair your PC via Bluetooth.
Make sure that the device (phone) is added to the PC (Options-> Devices-> Bluetooth), and on the phone, the computer must be in the list of paired devices

Run the application to connect to the computer.
