Very well designed and quite intuitive to control. The sessions are relaxing and interesting. The only flaw is the lack of possibility to pause and resume the video session, so when accidentially leaving the session, it has to be restarted from the beginning - otherwise this would have been 5 stars!
This is the best app for people who want to relax and do breathing exercises with other people. I definitely recommend this app to everyone.'
