Random Quotes App play online

A quote a day? That would be nice, wouldn't it?

This is an open source application that can be used to turn an Android device (perhaps an old phone) into a "picture frame" for displaying quotes. The quotes are read from text file(s) and displayed (one by one) in random order at periodic intervals (or on screen-tap). This application is meant to be simple and minimal.
