- Some older (2012 and earlier) Android devices might not be able utilize the QLIPP sensor to its full potential due to limitations of the Bluetooth hardware on the Android device.
- Requires the QLIPP sensor to work.

Location (only for Android 6.0 and above) - This is required by Android to search for nearby Bluetooth Low Energy devices, in our case, the QLIPP sensor.

Comments:
Sensor works as advertised and the app does too. I am very pleased with it. My only complaints are that the "on" button is very difficult to press and the device is difficult to install on the racket. But I understand that these are necessary to attain the ruggedness needed to sustain hit after hit. I find a small screwdriver helpful to move strings when installing and removing the device. An easy way to turn the device on is to use a battery, if you plug the device into power while the app is running, it will power up and connect to the app. Once connected, it works well. Stopping the app shuts the device down. Technical support was good. Donny Soh answered my questions promptly.
Cannot even register to use the app!
Garbage!!!! Can't even connect!!!!!
Are the QLIPP team still operational or just took the money and disappeared? Refunds?
Have forever not been able to even register myself. "Server cannot be \n' +
contacted" is always the error. The sensor, the app and the server are \n' +
useless. My phone is an Oppo r11s plus running Android 7.'
