PTA CMS play online

To facilitate the telecom users, PTA has launched Mobile App of Complaint Management System (CMS). The App has following features:
Complaint registration against various services i.e. telecom services
offered by service providers, mobile registration/ DIRBS, stolen mobile
handset / IMEI related complaint, internet content related complaint, etc.
Tracking of complaint to view its status.
Feedback on the complaint.
History of complaints of individual user.
Consumer awareness on different issues.
