Our intuitive app and training curriculum empowers athletes to become better technically, cognitively and increase their impact on the game. Working closely with your sports club you will have access to:

Each training session will give you approximately:
- 18 minutes of training
- 1080 touches on the ball
- 90 spatial decisions
- 235 shoulder checks
