Procedural Background is an Android Live Wallpaper that generates a random mosaic for your wallpaper. The color is fully configurable within the app, and some extra features such as generating a color based on your device's current charge level or time of day. It can also be animated, making the colors change as you're looking at them, although that does use more battery power than idle mode.
