Whoever carries out any act that violates the sexual freedom of another person without their consent will be punished with a prison sentence of one to four years, as responsible for sexual assault. It will only be understood that there is consent when it has been freely expressed through acts that, in view of the circumstances of the case, clearly express the will of the person.

APP operation

The operation is very simple, the person who consents signs with his finger and uploads a copy of his ID with the mobile camera itself and gives the dates and even times in which he consents to maintain sexual relations with the other person. In practically a minute the consent is signed and both people receive a PDF copy of it.
In addition, all the digital traceability of the consent process will be certified by an independent digital certifier (digital notary), so it will also serve to ensure that the evidence presented in the event of a complaint is accredited by a body independent of those involved.
