Sucks. Please fix. Spending 30 minutes to get in or lock a door is unreasonable. God forbid that is might put someone in danger having to wait to secure a door someone could be robbed raped or kill waiting for such. Or someone has to be somewhere at a certain time and is late because YOUR APP wont work. Great concept but poor execution. As this seems to be an issue for many. READ YOUR REVIEWS!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG FIX IT. I am force to use this app and 99% of the time it fails!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
`Can't let guests in... Isn't that the whole point??!! App interface is absolute trash. Very hard to navigate. App takes forever to load. "Guest Access" does not work.`,Such a pain in my side. Never works, doesn't register password resets, get locked out all the time. Who thought digital keys were a good idea? Please can we just keep some things simple?
App took forever to load, Customer service was horrible. Locks got broken into more than once, and the manufacturing per lock was horrible for multi-residential properties.
I have to uninstall and reinstall my app every time I use it. Other than that, it works well.'
