I cannot see the images on the ebook. The font size is too small and I cannot see the means to adjust it, if it is indeed adjustable. Also, when ordering and browsing books, you will go back on the first page before you have pressed the 'load more' if you wanted to see the 'teaser' and press the image of the book.
Registering in your app sucks. It's really pretty bad. I believe your a big publishing company so please have mercy on us customer. Signing up is a real challenge and once you are done registering there is no link sent to activate the account in the email. I tried logging in and it's loading like forever. Goodness, you're going to loss precious money because of your app. I adviced. Get a good app developer and please do beta testing if your app is user friendly because IT'S NOT.
This app is so ridiculous. Been trying to create an acct so i could buy my books but no mail was sent to my email to verify my acct. This is frustrating really. I am willing to pay just so i can complete my books but you really need to fix your app. Even tried to create an acct with my facebook but its giving me error message everytime. This app is trash. So much waste of my time.
DO NOT USE THIS APP, USE THE i-READER INSTEAD I was able to play online the ebooks in the morning, then at lunchtime, all of it were gone, and I cannot able to re-download, it is continuously loading....please, fix the application 1. Books do not download/difficult to download/lost after downloading 2. Font cannot be adjusted 3. Paging is difficult 4. Customer service is not replying.
I just purchased my ebooks today. But I cannot play online them because the app just keeps on loading?! These are the troubleshooting steps that I've done so far: 1.Log out and relogin sa app. 2. Uninstall and reinstall the app. 3. Turn off and turn on my mobile phone. Other apps on my mobile are working like facebook, youtube, etc.My Wifi is in good condition too, because the other members of my family are able to use in on their mobile phone and PC. Please help me w/ this problem."
