Use UptoPlay to play online the game Popsicle Sticks: Teacher Picks.
Popsicle Sticks: Teacher Picks replaces your mug of popsicle sticks. Use it to randomly and effectively select and group students and to score responses during discussions.
RANDOM SELECT
Select students randomly one student at a time. Use the "Random Bar" slider to precisely set the "randomness" of the next selection; from "uncalled students only" to "completely random" (and everywhere in-between). And although your students may not always love being selected, they will love hearing your phone say their name when you turn on the text-to-voice feature.
RANDOM GROUPS
Put students into random groups with just a couple taps. If the groups need a little tweaking, you can "swap" students with the Swap button. And if you're planning to use the same groups tomorrow, just tap save.
SCORED DISCUSSION
Use Scored Discussion to track student responses during discussions. Just tap on a score as students give answers. Popsicle Sticks will display a running total for each student and automatically save the scores for future discussions. You can select students randomly (of course) or manually (by just tapping on a name). Save multiple discussions for various subjects.
RANDOM LIST
Random List displays your class list in random order. Need a better system for picking the next student to take down the attendance, or to choose a birthday donut? Random List is the answer. Create and save random lists for just about anything.

I had one similar to this but deleted it. I do not like that this one has text to speech tied to it. It will not allow me to turn the feature off. I found a different way to do what I need. Wish I had not paid for it.
I love all the features. Being able to generate groups, grade discussions (which I use to score games), and being able to determine if you want the randomizer to not call on the same person again or just generate a random list ahead of class. Such a useful app!
I love this app so so much! It makes calling out names, or making random pairs/groups way easier! 5 stars absolutely.
I love it my dream is to be a teacher but I'm 8 I know right I just dont like sometimes it stops the app does it says popsicle sticks teacher picks has stoped yeah I want to play with the app but I can't for some reason so please fix that if you can't add to your app you can put points on for example Lucy's bar and take away them if she is being bad so please do that
I dont see the option to upload full classes like in ios. I recently upgraded to android from ios and loved this app but it seems more limited on android.'
