Resolution: 01/08/2020: The issue has been resolved. I am able to login to the upgraded version of the app. I deleted the previous version, also. Thank you for resolving this issue. Issue 01/07/2020: I purchased the upgrade and set up login info. Later I logged out. Now I cannot log in, again. I requested to reset my password, it says my email doesn't exist. I attempted to sign up again, then I get a message that my email already exist. I want a full refund. I cannot use the app at all.
if this can't be solved tomorrow the latest, i will want my money back as i will not need the app anymore. when i hit connect with facebook says 'something went wrong'. when i try to enter the email adress and password says 'user does not exist'. when i want to create user says, user already exists. this is happening only on the upgraded version, not on the free one
The app is crashing i am not able to complete some levels due to errors in the questions which is preventing me from going to other levels. I am using pro version
