Before the app was upgraded, it was working fantastic on my one plus 6T. After upgrading, the gui looks great but don't work. It is taking way too long to connect with the device. Also, the history does not show anything. The settings change automatically. The target on my playfit device shows 0 if the target is set at 10000 steps. I request that these issues be resolved immediately so a sto restore full functionality of the device
All settings are not available and does not work properly in this device. When I installed the apps at the 1st time, then all units of different measurements was set as per my willingness but now the units are automatically changed and it could not be corrected. Beside that, all wings of target setting are also changed without any alerts and my profile picture is not displayed in the apps nor on the watch instead of several times updated. I am really getting puzzled.
App is not upto the mark.. 1. Device does not connect with the Bluetooth smoothly. Everytime we need to do logout or close the app for connection. 2. After logout from app, existing settings like alarm, notifications etc gets erased, have to do again. My return policy has expired otherwise i would have returned the product back & saved my money.
I recently started going to gym. Was instantly able to connect with the app. Love the call notification feature. Don't have to rech my fone again and again. Recommend it. Also the sports feature lets me customise my experience. Great product in the price range.
Though the app is nice and has useful features, it get disconnected repeatedly. The worst part is that it doesn't reconnect automatically. I have to reinstall the app each time I want to reconnect my device. I'm using the playfit watch with a OnePlus 6. Decided to uninstall it."
