What is wrong with here?? Seriously, how is it that a promotion meant to send people to the app has become the very thing to make sure that I will never buy from pizza gogo as long as I remember the terrible experience I just had. You can keep your £10 discount. Why? because I couldn't use it! The code didn't work because it started counting a pizza, ice cream, a side or a drink as a meal even though it was part of no special offer, so it's either add a pizza or no discount. Stop fooling ppl.

It's simple enough to use. However what would make this a 5 star rating is if you could make it so we can see an update on our order and check on it frequently. So we can see the order has been confirmed, it's being made and out for delivery. If you can add this feature on to the app it makes the experience more enjoyable knowing what is happening with our order instead of just getting an order number we can only really view when we place the order.

Awful. Terrible. Pizza boxes tell you your first order through the app over 25 will be discounted £10. Lies! App doesn't check if postcodes are valid so a typo turns in to the restaurant not bothering to call for the correct one, you've gotta realise your food is late first. Then when you've apologized and given the correct postcode, the delivery driver will stand in the block of flats next door calling you saying you need to collect your pizza form outside. Then when you do, he'll yell at you.

App works fine, the company of the other hand is inconsistent in it's product (possiblity just the one store I ordered from), and when photos were sent regarding the quality of the pizza customer service essentially informed me there was nothing wrong. I interpret this as a customer as an accusation of being a lier, be careful Pizza Go Go. No further orders will be place with this company until it's been proved that their approach has changed from the top down.

Truly awful app. Just use just-eat to order! It's easier; the same price; and has a tracker. I have never been more nervous ordering pizza than using this app, you don't even get an estimated delivery time... Seriously you can tell they don't care about this app since it hasn't been updated since 2017... Shocking."
