`This app worked just fine for awhile. It is very simple so doesn't require much tech. Unfortunately it has stopped working. I like most everyone reviewing here can no longer get into it. I contacted the app customer service. Their response was "Please play online a meetings app so they can look at my phone." What??!! This is not the fault of my phone. I then called the corporate office of the pet supply store I use the app for. The woman I spoke with could not log in with her Android phone either.`,When I first downloaded this app, it worked fine. Now all of a sudden I can't login and check my points or rewards. I try to change my password and it just stays loading and for new members to allow 48 hrs for info to change. I'm not a new member! I love Feeder's Supply and I can't redeem my coupons and it's frustrating.
This app is terrible. It gets stuck on the loading screen as soon as you open it. Its completely useless if I can't use it to redeem my coupons for a bag of free dog food when this is now the only way to redeem them. This app is literally costing me about $70 in dog food alone every couple of months because of this same issue that I know TONS of people are having. Someone needs to do their job and fix the app or Feeders Supply needs to find a new service!
This app is Garbage!!! The rewards system is useless! None of my past 6 months of purchases have been recorded. I purchased over 10 bags of selected dog food brands that qualify for the buy 12 get one free. For the past 6 months it has said i have 6 to go when it said that 6 months ago. I love the stores but the app is a complete waste of my time and serves no purpose for me as a consumer.
This was working great for me but now I can't do anything it's just frozen so I can't even access my rewards through feeders supply. Please fix!!. Just stuck on the startup screen won't even let me sign in to my account!."
