I never even got to open the app, reinstalled a few times and all of the other basic troubleshooting options on my phone. come on now guys
The initial concept was wonderful, but over time they managed to ruin it. The subscription model takes away all the charm of the platform. Plus their customer service is almost non-existent, they literally make you wait WEEKS for a simple inquiry.
This service traps you into a paid subscription. Hear me out before you use it: There are some real stuff on here that you can lend or rent from real persons, however most of the items are just the tools that users are tricked into marking that they own it, without a description or photo. You will require a paid subscription even for contacting a lender/renter, so before you even know an item is actually available. Most of the time, this is not even the case, so beware.
I installed this as a way to get involved more with my neighbours who are mostly expats in the Netherlands. I'm English but unfortunately the app picks up your location and won't let you change the language so I was stuck with it in Dutch.Maybe I'll re-install again when I've been here long enough to learn to speak Dutch.
Crashes a many screens. Cannot connect to your bank app, asks you to give your bank details in app all but secure! A shame the concept is good and it worked better via web 3 years ago.'
