Where can I park?
You can use PARKPARK in all municipalities with paying parking such as: Copenhagen & Frederiksberg, Roskilde, Odense, Esbjerg, Vejle, Kolding, Aalborg, Aarhus and Skagen. You can use the app on the major part of private parking spaces with paying parking such as: Amager Center, Fisketorvet, Frb.Center or in Borgergade Parking Houses.
PARKPARK is prepaid
PARKPARK operate as a mobile phone top-up card or similar payment solutions, with prepayment. This is one of the reasons why we can offer much cheaper parking than our competitors.
Automatic License Plate Reading
Several parking spaces introduce automatic license plate reading which is the easiest for you as a driver. Your license plate will automatically be read when you drive into the parking space. You will be notified when we have read your license plate and started your parking. When you leave the parking space your license plate is read again and we are ending your parking. We calculate how long you have parked and send a message to inform you. You only pay for the actual time you park and we are taking account of that some parking places are for free the first hour for example.
Automatic license plate reading is used in e.g. Fisketorvet, Frederiksberg Center and Lyngby Storcenter.

App didn't show me the parking that was still in progress so I thought I must've stopped it by mistake. When I got home I decided to check my parkings and couldn't see the last one, so then I tried to restart the app and now it showed me the parking was still in progress so I had to pay for the time it took me to get home too. Whatever little money I would have saved is now wasted because of unreliable UI.
Program constantly logs out of my user, and sometimes doesnt log my park, leaving the posibility of getting a ticket.
Drawn money without parking on Android app
It is so easy to subscribe to your service, but impossible to unsubscribe! We were using the app for longer than 3 years, and were quite happy with it. But you increased the price and didn't inform us, didn't ask us, if we still want to use the app. Just pulled bigger amount and that's it! 7 days I have to wait for the answer...and how long it will take to stop my account?!
Overall I am satisfied with the app & service. The reason for only 3/5 is because the app is not working 100% of the time. There is no way of contacting Customer service with it. Customer service does not reply in a reasonable time. There are many mis-calculation in the parking fees. Writing all of these problems makes me consider changing the rating to 2 stars, but I will leave it at 3 for the time.'
