the app stopped working, I uninstalled, reinstalled. I get the link follow the link and it just sends me to get another link. when I try to use a program. it sends me to get a link. Update: Guess what it stopped working again. I did all the step you told me to last time, I checked for updates, there were none. I give this app 0 stars. Last time it took over a month to correct the issue, at times it seemed like they forgot a customer was having an issue. I had to hound them to help.
ok it works for now.we'll see it has been not updating packages for last few weeks and i couldn't request services. so I reinstalled the app and now i can't even log in."
