The Pantexhealth.com and Pantex Health Diary application is a personal online health diary platform.
The Pantex Health Diary enables users to keep track of their fitness and health event results. These
results can then be saved as a personal record storage or for select sharing via text or email.

assessments can get lost or become unavailable at the time the information or record is needed. The

The Pantex Health Diary allows users to create entries similar to a standard diary. Entries can also be
imported from qualified technicians, personal trainers, or any other users properly registered through
the Pantex Health Diary.
Pantex Health Diary users have the added advantage of importing entries from qualified health
technicians. By creating a digital photo entry and importing it to the user, technicians can ensure the
accuracy of entries in real time, and also eliminate the need for additional validation.
The user can voluntarily allow registered technicians to add certain information to their logs. This action
must be actively taken (or approved by consent) in order to protects the users privacy.
These imported entries can also be stored on the users log enabling the users to instantly view the
information relating to their personal health and fitness targets.
When a user registers on the Pantex Health Diary site the user is given a completely unique QR Code.
The QR code becomes the users identity and the information is associated with the QR code and not
the users name. By providing the user with their own unique QR code the Pantex Health Diary is
protecting the names and identities of the users. Only with user consent does the name and profile
become available to anyone else.
The Pantex Health Diary is cloud-based and designed to be private by default. The unique QR code
identification must be exchanged with technicians by consent under the Terms of Service Agreement
before any information is shared. The purpose of adding a Technician category to the registration of the
Pantex Health Diary application is to allow for qualified entries to be added to the users log. (For
example, a reminder from the school nurse to replace a band-aid twice daily can be screenshot from
the school nurses phone or computer(technician) and transmitted to the users log via the Pantex Health
Diary. The user can then refer to the instructions without having to look for the original hard copy note.
Once posted on the users log it can be shared with anyone the user wishes.
