Recent changes: Added new Details Panel.
Added more intuitive user messaging when Closing the App.
Details Panel maintains it's correct display, IF App is unexpectedly closed, when user re-opens it.
The Details Panel correctly displays the sequence of events for Motions, Seconds, Motions to Amend, and Withdrawn Motions.
The Details Panel now displays Motions, Seconds & Motions to Amend sequentially in proper order of occurrence.
Program Version is now displayed in Settings Screen.
