Excellent concept. I am using omsguru since last 2 years. I can manage my all channels easily, using handheld device on this is very effective and fast. I can surely recommend this for e-commerce sellers.

Omsguru is simply amazing. This app has brilliant way to tackle any seller's problem and specially very helpful in return and payment reconciliation , I can manage everything with my phone itself even while traveling.

It made easy return process and claim file. But have major drawback, we can not see all orders pending list. Pack order tab should be there. Sales details should be there ... You can make it more useful.

NOT fair credit charges, it was told that 2 credit will be used but OMS not able to understand FK accounting and charge 6 credit for one order on average and give his own justification. Do not care about seller, just extract money from seller pocket.

Very useful app for return order processing and claim for return damage product, wrong product etc... also order processing like, ship order, dispatch order, validate & pack order'
