Bluetooth connection is not stable. I have to switch on and off the massage chair in order for it to work.
Very lousy connection for WiFi and Bluetooth, keep being disconnected. Pls fix it, especially for such expensive massage chair. Seems very long never come out new massage app for download. Very disappointing. NO ONE FROM YOUR COMPANY BOTHER TO REPLY TO ANY FEEDBACK HERE! VERY LOUSY CS.
Bought the chair only for less than a month.. the WiFi connection is not stable and keeps dropping and unable to connect.. please resolve the bug.. this is worst of than what I used to have using an interface panel.. not I am relying on hard buttons and voice commands.. and sometimes the AI is ignoring me as well.. so I've only got the physical buttons to work with which limits me to the programs I can access.. Please fix it!
Can we have the feature to have heating turn off by default? It's summer and I have to turn it off every time manually. Also the option to always turn off light?
Very lousy app. Selling so expensive chair...yes the massage chair is good, but your app is really sucks. Feedback from Jan 21 till now but no update of app. Very disappointed. Your update today on 20 April 21: Still sucks. Disconnected after a while. This is ridiculous. Took so long but still unable to resolve this issue. So expensive massage chair but with so lousy app
