Office ride resolves your daily commute issues. A NEW WAY TO ARRIVE with guaranteed AC seat for comfort you deserve. Make best use of your commute time with onboard Wi-Fi or interact with fellow colleagues. No need to worry about your ride's whereabouts as Real-Time ETA lets you to plan your move to pickup location.

Requesting a ride in office ride is easy – here is how you do it:
Registration
• Download the app & register using your official email Id.
• For organization served by officeride, a verification mail to be sent to you to verify your account.
• Sign in with your email id and password after verification.
• If Office Ride doesn’t provide services to your organization, then our team will get in touch with you within 2-3 business days. We would like understand your organization’s commute requirements so that we can bring Office Ride to your workplace.
Searching for Office Ride Stop
• Based on your current location, app will show all office ride stops within your proximity.
• Select anyone of them to know the stop name.
• Also now, you can also search for an office ride stop in another area. Just enter area name or point of interest in search box and you will be list of office ride locations around a place selected by you.
• Smart search also suggests you stops around home or office locations saved by me in your My account section.

Booking a Seat
• Select your pickup & drop location. Use Active Routes tab to search for your routes and nearest stop.
• Real-time booking as booking window closes 5 minutes before shuttle’s scheduled reach time.
• Roundtrip booking simplifies booking hassles for your daily commute.
• Select date of travel. Future bookings will be active for a week i.e. Mon-Fri. Bookings for next week to be active from Friday night.
• View the route/s with timings along with seat availability. Select your preferred route & timing
• Link your PayTM wallet (one time) to complete the payment. You can pay using different modes like Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Paytm Wallet, etc.
• Booking confirmed after successful payment. You can find your upcoming and booked rides in My Rides section.
Pass/Subscription
• Users can purchase pass which gives them a number of rides with a validity which gives them flexibility to enjoy seamless booking without the need of regular payments.
• Buying the pass doesn't automatically book your seat. Users are required to follow the booking process to reserve a seat in their preferred schedule.
• Passes are valid only for the specific pick-up and drop locations selected by user at the time of purchase.
• Passes can be used to book both onward and return rides until the validity date between the selected locations. Passes cannot be used to book rides beyond the validity date.
• A user can buy only a single pass at a time. Users can buy a new pass only after exhausting all the rides on the existing pass.
• Passes once bought cannot be modified, cancelled or refunded.
• Passes are valid till midnight on the date of expiry. Validity of the pass cannot be extended.
• Passes will automatically expire if the number of rides have been exhausted or the validity has ended.
• Unused rides cannot be carried forward after the validity of the pass has expired.
Cancellation
• A user can cancel his ride anytime 10 minutes prior to stop start time without incurring any cancellation charges.
Reschedule a Ride
• A user can reschedule his ride anytime 10 minutes prior to pickup time.
• A ride can be rescheduled to an upcoming day.
Tracking your vehicle
• Navigate to Future Rides in My Rides section. All your upcoming rides are available there.
• Click on Track my Ride when your ride is active.
• Track shuttle movement in real time with ETA information
• Get notified when your shuttle starts its trip.
