I was trying to find info for the easiest route of the city (KTEL-airport). Who can actually understand how this app works? Try to find bus departure times when there is only the choice for arrivals. I bet no one from the people that built it, is using it or can use it. not user-friendly at all!!!!
Inaccurated and not updated. The bus timetables sometimes just don't appear on screen. It's unacceptable for a city whose only option of public transportation is the bus to have such a poorly designed app.
Absolute trash, and to think this was supposedly rated best app some years ago. Unreliable timetables, frequent crashes and the neglected state of this app by its developers make it painful for me to even rate it 1 star. Waiting untill 2030 for the metro to be built.
Bus arrival times are wrong 90% of the time, although the navigation on the app isn't that terrible. Please for the love of god tho, at least give your bus stops' locations to Google Maps if not the bus schedules and depart-arrival times.
When you make an app it is pretty obvious that the bus timetables should be consistent so as for the app to be useful. Inaccurate, dysfunctional and impossible to figure out how the bus arrival time is calculated. For the love of God don't waste your data on this thing."
