Slow, drivers accept the booking but then cancel it so you have to wait for the next one, not reliable, difficulty with cancelling the order

Terrible. Booked a taxi to airport the day before. It did not arrive so I called and was told they were waiting on someone to accept the job. Couldn't tell me when (or if) this would happen! What's the point of booking with the app then?"
