Thanks to the NUTRITHERM app, you will be able to identify your health profile which will direct you to a nutrition activity program adapted to your needs. Not sure you want to follow a full course? No worries ! You choose whether or not to participate, and you can select each activity that interests you la carte.
Our app remains available at all times to guide you and suggest what is best for you during your stay.

Answer two complementary questionnaires: one on the disorders
functional and the other on your eating habits. They allow
identify your health profile and organize your nutrition journey
personalized during the stay.

Personalized NUTRITIONAL COURSE
We offer many nutrition activities led by our
dietitian-nutritionist.
The assessment allows you to select the ones best suited to your needs, to
present and invite you to register as soon as possible, because the number of places is limited!

INFORMATION ON NUTRITION ACTIVITIES:
We present the different themes of conferences, cooking-health workshops, and consultations with our dietician-nutritionist.
This allows you to better target those that interest you before registering.

PROVISION of documents at the end of the workshops, consultations
At the end of the workshops, or a consultation, the dietician sends you via the app all the documents related to the nutrition activity: information and
nutritional advice, recipes
They save you from taking notes and make it easier to understand the theme, or to make a recipe at home.
