Running Health
NURVV Run generates a unique Running Health score indicating how sustainable your running is, based on your training load and a range of other key running metrics. Learn about your level of injury risk, the key risk factors present in your running form and what you can do to reduce your risk of sustaining injury.

Deepen your understanding of how you run by capturing the most important factors: cadence, step length, foot strike, pronation and balance with personalized form reports and guidance.
