Not at all a good app. No optimisations done. App crashes many time and it's reproducible. Moreover the backend API are safe. All the data can be accessed easily whitout havin access to it. Even the php version used for backend is depricated. If you cannot improve the UI then atleast improve the performance of application.
Poor UI, poor optimization, living in stone age with least possible security and data leak is inevitable. Better to never ever install it on any of your device.
Points to improve: 1. Contact searching takes more time comparative to webdadri. 2.Doctor list is not updated regularly. 3. More NTPC specific, weblink and shortcut to website, can be added, just like Guest House booking short cut etc.
This app is very user friendly and interactive.Using this App provides time saving and easy way out for routine issues. Thanks alot for the developers and Team IT.
