Nnd feedback app is the process where reduce the distance between supervisor and subordinate. The whole process is given bellow:
1. All the valid employee of Nitol Niloy Division can access this App.
2. If employee have subordinate then he can rating them according to their work result.
3. Each subordinate can see the supervisor feedback result, and can reply on it.
