The NCR FastLane SelfServ Checkout NextGen Mobile Remote Attendant Program
(NCR NextGen Mobile RAP) application provides a user interface that can run on
mobile devices through a wireless connection from an NCR RAP Server.
The NCR RAP Server can be installed on an NCR SelfServ Checkout desktop RAP, lane, or a standalone PC.
The NCR NextGen Mobile RAP application includes the following features:
Monitoring lanes and their status
Viewing a transaction e-receipt for a lane
Managing transactions requiring attendant interventions
Adding items to a transaction
