Nada Upashama comprised of three treatment modules. a) In Frequency discrimination task, a client has to identify target tone in the presence of distractors after identifying their pitch and most comfortable level in the ear having tinnitus. b) In cognitive behavioral task, clients are counselled to manage tinnitus problem by changing thought process and behavior c) In yoga, simple exercises are thought to reduce stress, and irritation towards ringing sensation.
