MyAllianz play online

We are happy to inform you that there is a new App available to you - MyAllianz.

Now all health insurance-related information is available to the Members insured with Allianz Life in their Member Area in a new personalized and interactive format.

Using Allianz Online Portal, you may get access to your electronic health insurance policy/certificate and familiarize yourself with the insurance plan.

With the new service, it takes just a few minutes to choose the clinic and doctor you need, as well as to make an appointment online or submit a respective request to the Medical Helpline team. You can choose a doctor by catchment area, patients feedback and ranking of doctors based on patient feedback.

In the new Member Area, you can at any time review the list of medical services provided to you and upload the results of consultations or examinations/tests in electronic format, if required. Thanks to an easy-to-use feedback form, you can always provide you feedback or ask a question to Allianz Medical Helpline specialists.
