Pros: 1. Taste of foods are really exceptional. 2. Quantity is adequate. 3.Packaging is hygienic. 4.Zero delivery delay. Cons: 1. Menu should contain more starter dishes. 2. Special dishes may be set and changed at daily basis. 3.App usability could have been improved. It lags a lot. 4.Order tracking, order confirmation via SMS/Mail and more payment methods should be added.
Excellent food quality. Best app for food ordering . Need to be faster delivery and need to be devolop app. sometimes error occurred at the time of payment . But taste of the foods awesome. Keep it guys.Best of luck .
Delivery was good and in time. I heard frm others that your meal was tasty . I ordered a fish thali. I literally was unsatishfied with your meal. The taste of the fish curry was horrible. Seasonal veg was good , but the other traditional food(alur dum) was also not tasty. Loved ur postor bora. But in all total with an amount of 160, i was not satishfied with ur food. Improvement is really need. I am fearing to order any more from your company.
Nothing special about the app which I don't get from any other app. worst deals with worst prices and very less choices. An utter disappointment.
