`Before and Latest update can't display information like "info topup" , "info&promo" , etc. I can't see about the information. And popup "terjadi masalah pada laman memuat" very annoying. I hate this app so much. The first time I tried to pay using this app linked to LinkAja, I spent 20 minutes waiting for my payment to be accepted. After all the people waiting behind me getting grumpier every minute and honking their horns, the gas station attendant asked me to move aside and keep trying to make the payment work in the MyPertamina app. It failed every time dozens of times. Eventually, they let me go home to get cash so I could pay. I will NEVER use or recommend this app again!
I think you need to fix the app. Just noe I was going to use my Pertamina to pay the gasoline. And, it kept failing. I tried to restart the apps, still not working. Finally I paid cash.
Good application. I can count on this application for my daily fuel purchase in cashless payment that assisted by link aja. And helps me navigate to the nearest gas station, especially when I travel some specific area that I'm unfamiliar with"
