Looking forward to the response from this app.. I have reported 2 issues, however no response yet. Why I give 3 as at least with this app we can collate data with this app like these many people are facing the issues and reported, however no resolution yet :) Hoping that this app will be effective for citizens and solve their civic problems..
App is not working. Not a single complaint resolved but everytime written it is resolved. Government only aim to collect property tax through this app and than say good bye to residents. Wah re sarkar tum or tumahri app. Not even a single star. ZERO RATING
Really a pathetic app and a shame to the programmers and dealing hands of this application, eho after so many bad reviews on the app does nothing. It does not pick an image to upload, it does not pick a location so complaint does not register. How convenient is that no complaints.
Poor app and service. It's just wastage of time. I have complained two times.but not take any action.just making people fool.i have one complaint on 18th of February 2020.ID 18/02/2020/044161 and second one on 17th of March.ID 17/03/2020/048608.but still not any action taked.after 8 month my complaint not solve.My neighbor is making wooden furniture and.Illegal use of residential property in commercial. Air ,noise,pollution. Every time there is irritable sounds near my house .
i booked my complaint twice and also got receipt for both. but when i logged in next time,it said that no complaints were registered by me. whats the use of such apps then when a simple mere genuine complaimt of a citizen cannot even be registered even when the receipts of both are genearted.... absolutely dissappointed'
