Rang 3 times for refund as tank was full at 847 liters due to some in it already, rang for refund of 153 liters 3 times, twice told you are batter of keeping it in your account, No choice of customer here, 3rd time same story ,then after like saying 10 times the girl said it will be 10_20 euro charges depending on your bank, which bank charge you 20 euro for refund I have never ever heard of 20 euro charge from any bank in my life, she then said girl who does it is not in today,1 month waiting

Could do with an update
Surely a function of it should be to keep you up to date with the progress of your order. When I place an order the app shows the order as completed. It's completed when it's delivered not when I've paid for it. Pointless waste of time."
