Recent changes: The Stock Level and Price Monitoring Tool (SPMS) is a custom app designed for the daily report of Quantity and Prices of Essential Commodities throughout the country. These activities are carried out by Field Monitors for various underlying ministries such as the Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Trade, and Statistics Sierra Leone amongst others. All these underlying reports to the Ministry of Finance for technical and other structural and administrative support.
