Fast app and the paid content is absolutely worth it. The help team was VERY responsive to a bug that prevented me from accessing content. Using this every day, high praise for the work that went into it!
I've only just paid for the app, but already I've found that under diaphoresis, ACS/STEMI isn't a differential, so my confidence in this app isn't particularly high. Also, clicking on conditions shows you the etiology and two separate lists of DDx (with only one list containing links to their page), but not the symptoms?
